select type of room depending on how many persons you are.
for example if you are 2 adults and a child till 11.99 old, please select double room, total persons 3, and then adults 2 - child 1.
If the 3rd person is also adult (or child older than 12) then you have to select a triple room, total persons 3 and in adult field also 3.

Cancellation policy

- Cancellations without any penalty can be accepted 8 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellation fees:
    * If you cancel 1 to 7 days before arrival, we charge the 50% of the total reservation amount
    * If you cancel the day of arrival or in case of non show, we cancel the 100% of the total reservation amount.
All cancellations should be send either to our email: reservations@hotelerato.gr or to our fax 0030 2810761509

Payment

- You can either pay the total amount 100% in our bank account or the 50% as deposit and the rest upon arrival.
- Or you can also send us by fax or email or by phone just for guarantee reasons your credit card details (number, expire date and a copy of it).
- Hotel has the right to check the details of the credit card given before the arrival date and also to charge it with the 50% of the total reservation cost as deposit and the rest upon arrival.
